Vaughn A. White

Vaughn White is an experienced attorney who has been successfully representing clients in creditor and debtor cases for more than three decades. With a focus on providing top-tier service to his clients, Vaughn ensures that each case is handled with the utmost care and knowledge of the legal system.

During the last 30+ years, he has represented both creditors and debtors in cases ranging from estates with no money to estates with millions of dollars at stake. He has successfully litigated many collection matters in multiple state and federal jurisdictions, including Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Massachusetts, handling trial and appellate matters.

In addition to his extensive knowledge of the legal system, Vaughn is able to communicate fluently in Spanish which allows him to provide a more efficient service for Spanish-speaking clients. This commitment to communication allows Vaughn to ensure that his clients are kept informed about every step of the process.

He actively volunteers and financially supports numerous charitable and community-based organizations, including HOPE Worldwide, Chicago Skyline Afterschool Project.

In addition to his Illinois law license, Vaughn is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States Supreme Court.
